B2C module

An online store on your domain, with pricing and inventory from ERP

Sell on your own domain and process orders in the same system as the rest of your business. CMS gives your store its design; B2C provides the catalogue, configurator and checkout. Product data and sales rules connect to ERP, so you do not have to maintain separate systems for online and internal sales.

Sell to consumers

One product, one price list, every channel

Make selected ERP products available in your online store. Customers choose a variant or configuration, see the calculated price and can buy without registering. Orders continue into ERP for processing, without re-entering them from another system. We configure inventory and invoicing steps to match your process.

  • Multiple stores, one administration

Each store has its own domain, catalogue, design and settings, sharing data with ERP.

  • Configurator with live pricing

The same rules as ERP: prices recalculate whenever a parameter changes.

  • VAT based on ERP rules

Rates depend on country and product; customers see prices with and without VAT.

  • Guest checkout

Guests buy in one step; registered customers have order history and saved addresses.

  • Limits and availability

Minimum and maximum quantities by unit, with inventory availability.

  • Pre-launch review

Review campaigns let you approve, reject or correct each product, with notes for colleagues.

    Catalogue

Products by tags and categories, search and product pages generated from a single template.

  • 3
    Cart and checkout

Contact and delivery details, consents, shipping and payment methods — on one page.

  • 4
    Confirmation

An order is created in ERP, the customer receives an email confirmation and inventory reserves the items.

Administration

What you manage in store administration

  • Stores and domains

A new store means a new domain, its own catalogue and settings.

  • Products and tags

Select ERP products, name them for the web and organise them with tags.

  • Parameter settings

Images, colours, defaults and parameter visibility in the configurator.

  • Product reviews

Review campaigns before launch or after major price-list changes.

  • Product notes

Colour-coded notes for colleagues directly on products.

  • Design through CMS

Catalogue, product, cart and checkout are CMS components in your design.

Works for sellers and customers

For sellers

One price list for ERP, B2B and your online store. No re-entering prices or maintaining duplicate inventory records.

For customers

VAT-inclusive prices upfront, configuration with images, single-step checkout and order history and addresses in their account.

For IT

B2C under the hood

  • Public store API

Cart, configurator and checkout use a versioned API on the store's domain.

  • Form protection

Checkout and registration are protected against bots without image puzzles.

  • Separate store data

Products, tags, accounts and orders from one store are never visible to another.

  • ERP pricing

Cart prices are calculated by the same jobs as ERP, with VAT based on ERP rules.

Frequently asked questions

Is B2C a conventional online store?

It is an e-commerce layer on top of ERP: sales pages are in CMS, while products, inventory and orders are in ERP. You get an online store without a second system.

Can I run multiple stores?

Yes, each on its own domain with its own catalogue and design, within one instance.

What about payment gateways?

Payment methods are configured in ERP; integration with a specific gateway is addressed during deployment according to your provider.

Do I need CMS with B2C?

Yes, sales pages use CMS components. ERP is the required foundation.
