ERP module
From order to invoice. Sales and inventory under control.
Manage orders, invoices and inventory in one system. For custom products, define parameters and rules that let ERP calculate prices, check manufacturability and determine material consumption. Use the same foundation for your B2B portal and online store, without re-entering orders.

One product, configured for each customer
You do not have to enter every possible combination in advance. Define parameters and a decision tree, then attach price lists, surcharges, discounts, warnings, manufacturability rules or material consumption to any branch. Make a change in one place and it applies wherever the product is sold: in ERP, the B2B portal and your online store.
-
Flexible calculation logic
Use formulas, pricing tables or a combination with coefficients.
-
Parameters without limits
Any number of parameters, values and conditions between them.
-
Invalid combinations blocked
Unmanufacturable configurations are not offered; questionable ones show a warning.
-
Immediate material requirements
Consumption follows from the configuration, including semi-finished goods and inventory reservations.
-
Warehouses that match your premises
A hierarchy of buildings, floors and racks.
-
Versioned rules
Price-list and configuration changes apply from a set date; earlier orders retain their rules.
One product, hundreds of variants

Clear statuses, no duplicate entry
Orders and invoices under control from the first click
Sales and purchase orders follow the same clear process. Invoices have their own lifecycle, including credit notes and advance payments, and automatically track payment status through matched payments. Locked documents cannot be changed, helping prevent accounting errors. Invoices, orders and inventory documents are exported as PDFs in your visual style and emailed according to your rules.
Arrange a demoRecords based on reality
Inventory that reflects your actual operations
Warehouses form a hierarchy matching your buildings, floors and racks. Each goods movement — receipt, issue or transfer — follows an approval process (draft → request → confirmation), helping records reflect actual operations. Stocktaking closes the warehouse, calculates differences and creates a single adjustment document. View inventory balances for today or a past date.
Learn more about inventoryWorks for sales and manufacturing
For sales
Anyone can price a complex product, including a new colleague. Wholesale customers can order independently and see their own prices calculated from the same rules.
For manufacturing and inventory
Manufacturing receives complete, manufacturable specifications. Material consumption is known when the order is placed, not after stocktaking. You know where each item is located.
For IT
ERP under the hood
-
HTTP API
Every ERP screen uses the same documented API that your systems can use.
-
Background calculations
Pricing, consumption and payment matching run as background jobs without blocking screens.
-
Document locking
Orders and invoices can be locked; an issued invoice freezes the items it invoices.
-
Custom PDF designs
Documents render from your templates with your logo, colours and customer variables.
Frequently asked questions
Can we migrate existing products and price lists?
We assess migration options based on your data structure and quality. Together, we define the scope for products, price lists, customers and inventory data, and agree on checks before launch.
How is VAT handled for international customers?
VAT rules can be configured by country, customer type and product. We recommend verifying the configuration for your transactions with your accountant during deployment.
Can ERP connect to accounting software?
We review connection options for your accounting software. We agree on the required data, transfer format and any integration work. PDF documents are visual outputs, not a substitute for data integration.
Does it work without B2B and an online store?
Yes. ERP is a standalone module. The B2B portal and online store simply make it accessible to partners and customers.
