MSM module
Keep your mobile shop moving. Keep routes, crews and customers informed.
Simplify the organisation of mobile shops, deliveries and mobile services. In MSM, you prepare routes and runs, assign vehicles and crews, and track progress in the field. Subscribed customers receive an email when the vehicle is approaching — they no longer have to rely solely on a fixed timetable.

One run, the entire process
Prepare recurring routes as templates with stops and stop durations. Dispatchers use them to plan runs, authorised staff approve them, and crews record progress in the field. Checks for overlapping vehicle and driver assignments help prevent conflicts; estimated arrival times make stops easier to organise.
-
Route templates
Stops with addresses and location details, sequence and stop duration; one template, many runs.
-
Run approval
Draft → awaiting approval → approved → in progress → completed. Every step has its own history.
-
Crew and vehicles
Drivers and assistants, with checks for overlapping runs.
-
Live progress
Crews record “heading to”, “arrival” and “departure” in the field — even when plans change.
-
Password-free subscriptions
Customers enter their email and stops, then manage subscriptions through an email link.
-
Notifications
Automatic messages before a run and arrival, plus manual field updates: delayed, arrived or not stopping today.
From a route template to customer notifications
How a run works
-
1Planning
The dispatcher selects a route template, vehicle, crew and date. The system flags conflicts.
-
2Approval
An authorised person approves the run. Subscribers at the affected stops receive an email with the planned arrival.
-
3On the road
The crew starts the run, records stops and updates its next destination. Subscribers receive a reminder before arrival.
-
4Review
After completion, compare the plan with actual results: visited, skipped and added stops, with times.

Email subscriptions and notifications
Customers subscribe to selected stops directly on your website. No password is needed — they confirm and manage subscriptions through an email link. Notifications are sent automatically at configured intervals (for example, two days, one day and 15 minutes beforehand). Crews can also send their own updates from the field: approaching, arrived, delayed or not stopping today.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need other modules to use MSM?
No. MSM works independently. CMS is suitable for the public subscription page.
What if the crew changes the route?
Stops are recorded as actually visited; the plan remains available for comparison and notifications.
Do customers receive text messages?
Currently, notifications use email; other channels can be added as custom development.
